Take a t-shirt
Cut straight up the side seams.
Cut out the Neck band and save for rose pin
Make V cut in the back center of the neck and one in the front.
Now put your arms in the neck hole like your putting on a Sweater.
But leave your head out. There are no sleeves to this summer garment.
You now have an open back waterfall cardigan!
Roll the neckband up into a rose and secure with a stitch or 2. You can even use fabric glue allowing time to dry. Take a safety pin to pin it on the front!
